Insurance won't cover it, because my last (different) therapy ended only a year ago and I have to wait another full year before they'll cover any more. My siblings in Christ, I am literally in the worst mental health state of my life and they won't allow me more treatment, cause I have been mentally ill too much. If I die, it's literally the insurance's fault.
Update: thanks so much to everyone for workbook recommendations! I've ordered one and I'm gonna do my best with it. I really appreciate everyone's support here.
