Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description: The user can manifest silver chains. They manifest strongest around the arms, appearing wrapped around the hands and forearm area. The chains durability is directly linked to the users level of fear, the more scared they are the weaker the chains become. The chains can be casted from the user and with the right training they can bind targets from the legs up to the mouth fully immobilizing them and preventing them from speaking.
If the bound target has evil intent (Said evil intent would have to be in line with the quirk users idea of evil) the chains will begin to burn them and sap their strength. The user can create up to 4 chains at a time and can use them for binding, traversal, close and long range combat, and defense. The chains length is also dependent on the users fear level, the less afraid they are the farther their chains can reach.
Downsides: The chains require immense focus to be manifested and has been shown to be more effective and reliable after fasting before a fight or mission as it keeps the mind focused and sharp. The user also requires a great deal of mental training to maintain a fearless state even in the face of death and danger. Lastly the user cannot rely on the burn effect of the chains when fighting as it is based off their idea of good and evil which can easily be swayed or skewed depending on the situation and the information provided.
Notes: Idea is heavily inspired by the book series, The Last Apprentice however I did my best not to make it a total rip off of the actual book. In it they use silver chains wrapped around the left hand to bind evil creatures and silver burns certain evil creatures. They also fast before fights and are trained to overcome fear. I'm heading off but suggestions/thoughts on the quirk itself would be nice to wake up to. Thanks and have a nice night.
