Used sports car

I just went to look at a used Bmw. Here is the link. https://www.hondaofcleveland.com/inventory/used-2011-bmw-z4-sdrive35is-rwd-sdrive35is-2dr-convertible-wbalm1c59be393577/ They said everything was fine with it but I insisted on taking it to a bmw dealership for a PPI. The rims had been welded multiple times. Prob saw about 10 plus welds from cracks on it. The suspension was leaking and needed to be replaced and it had major oil leaks. The main one is where the dealership did an oil change and forgot to tighten the drain plug. They quoted me just shy of 10,000$ to fix everything. Now these are very common problems with this car. But my question is. Would you have bought it for 26k with all those issues. I know you can do some of the repair work yourself. The dealer just laughed at me and asked if I wanted my deposit back. What would you have done?
