Z4 2.2L 2004 no power issue for the roof,boot and auto window downing when doors open close

Hey there lads! Well I’m just looking forward to make a purchase for a z4 2.2L 2004 yet the boot doesn’t work, roof doesn’t work and the windows doesn’t go up n down once the door open closes, as the owner mentioned it was some sort of a module which has blown up and needs replacing.
Can someone help me out to figure out what’s actually wrong with this car? Thanks
