Heater doesn’t blow hot air

I own a 2018 BMW X3 30i. It has 49K miles. I recently took it to the local dealership because the heater on the passenger side doesn’t blow warm air. It was repaired but a few days later is blowing cold air again. I made sure that I placed the heater on different settings to make sure I wasn’t inadvertently activating the AC to prevent cool air from blowing. I’ve made an appointment to bring it back to the dealership for repairs under the service warranty. Any thoughts on the heater issue? Is there anything I’ve overlooked?
