Hoping to poll those who are more knowledgeable than I am. To preface: I'm don't know much in terms of technicalities with cars - I bought a BMW basically because I love driving and I love driving my car. I have a 2016 BMW 328i that recently got a nail in the back tire. I had purchased a tire replacement plan at the time of car purchase anticipating that there would be a time I needed to replace all four wheels and the plan was essentially the same cost as doing so.
Does anyone have ideas about who to go to for tire replacement and anything I should be looking out for? I understand that the plan allows the shop to install used tires, so want to make sure I'm looking out that I get the appropriate replacements. Also if you have any specific shops you'd use or avoid that would be helpful (I'm in USA - Boston area). Thanks in advance!
