Am I getting scammed by my BMW Dealer

Took my G30 in for service and they Found that the evaporator was leaking.The repair is covered under warranty but my advisor asked about an evaporator service for $330. Sounds like a scam to me. My F10 the evap leaked as well thank God during my warranty years and I don’t remember this service then.
