Hey there! My wife and I love bjj. She is 5’1, 105lbs. Been lifting for 7 years and bjj for approx 4 months. We both started at the same time and love it. Both took home 2nd place in our respective division in a local tournament. Most everyone she rolls with is much larger than her, though she’s strong as heck, she’s focused on technique and is rather incredible at soaking it up. With that basic background, can you offer some insight or strategies you’d recommend for her in her training or future competitions?
