Advice for dealing with a bad training week?

Post Body

So this week was probably the worst week of training I've had since I started. I'm only a white belt, and I've only been doing it for 4 months but goddamn I'm so discouraged right now. Today was my last training day for this week and I had not one redeemable thing happen at practice. Couldn't nail the drills, got tapped or talked through every roll, and damn near cried on my way home. So now I'm spiraling in my head about how joining this sport was the wrong decision for someone as unathletic as I am and how I can't believe I embarrassed myself this long. I'm hoping I wake up tomorrow in a different mindset but until then, any advice on how to deal with a bad week?
