Hot end backed up, looking for a replacement

I set up a print to go over night while I was sleeping on a BIQU B1 SE Plus and everything clumped around the nozzle on the hot end. After removing the clump and trying to hit the hot end to clean it more, the temperature read -15 degrees and would provide an error upon trying to heat. I'm looking for a replacement hot end that would work with the printer I currently have. Any advice would be appreciated.
