Switching to BG3 Mod Manager

Hello!
I've been using Vortex to install mods for BG3 for a bit now and currently have a decent amount installed. However, lately there have been a few mods I have interest that indicate they only work on BG3 Mod Manager.
What would the process of switching managers look like? Would it be easy or annoying?
