Not very surprising, it is a Sorcerer[X]/Warlock[2] build. I thought I really got creative here with a few items in Act 1, but after seeing it not work, I'm curious if any of the rest of this will.

The plan was Bronze Draconic Sorcerer [Lightning] and getting the Spellsparkler and Necklace of Elemental Augmentation. Of course I got agonizing blast with level 2 Warlock for the Charisma damage bonus and my thought process was that my Eldritch Blasts will be doing additional Lightning Damage via the Spellsparkler and I can capitalize on this and make the damage more noticeable.

The goal was to abuse this lightning damage as much as possible. I would add my Charisma mod again via the lightning damage granted by the combo of lightning charges by the Spellsparkler and Necklace of Elemental Augmentation and then again later with the Draconic Sorcerer level 6 trait.

However, to my sad surprise, I found that while I am doing lightning damage with Eldritch Blast via the Spellsparkler, I'm not adding my Charisma mod with the Necklace for whatever reason. I'm now thinking that the level 6 Sorcerer trait probably won't apply either, but I haven't gotten there quite yet.

Is there anyway to salvage this build? Or maybe there is something I'm overlooking? I know about thr clothing you get from Alfira, I just haven't gotten there yet. It's kinda a bummer this synergy I thought out doesn't work, but I'm hoping there's an item that does somewhere I'm overlooking. Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏
