Interesting Wyll Bug

Sorry if someone else talked about this already but I wanted to see if anyone else ran into this. So in act 3 I had Wyll break his contract and when it was time to save Duke Ravengard from the Iron Throne Mizora came by to stop me from saving him. Thing is I still saved him and got him back to camp. The dialogue I had with Wyll and his father implied that Wyll was still under contract (at least thats the vibe I got) and I was wondering if anyone else got the same feeling.
