So, let me preface this by saying I am a plebeian DnD player. The majority of my DnD knowledge stems from being around my brother.
My brother is the kind of guy most people think are myths, you ask him a question, he can give you the answer, and the page it’s on in the book it’s in.
Seeing him interact with this game is possibly the funniest thing I’ve ever experienced.
From the fact that Volo - as in the author of Volo’s guide to monsters - being just kind of there to the game casually name dropping Otiluke and Bigby as if the names don’t mean anything, to the ever present minor rules changes, the effect this game has on him is incredible
14/10 wish I could buy this game again
