Hi 33 yr old male here and I’m afraid I have the big bad. basically for the past four months I’ve had random finger twitches if I try and hold my hand still, one or two fingers will move by themselves side to side. I’ve also had random jerks like my thumb automatically clicked down and recently the same thing happened in my foot. mostly with my big toe jolting down, sometimes the whole upper part of my foot. Of course, the more panicky I get the more I do Google searches and every answer is always the worst. I start feeling a little comfort when I learned about health anxiety because I’ve had some lately but it’s hard to tell what’s actually happening or what I’m forcing to happen because of my anxiety Also getting tightness in stomach.

I’m supposed to see a neurologist, but my appointment isn’t till January, so I just keep freaking myself out
