So I have no idea what caused it, but it ruined my whole stealth build with space marines.

I like using hit and run tactics with silent running ships and boarding torps.

But for some reason while fighting Deldar I got revealed, nothing unusual there, but after I got away from everything my ships never went back into stealth, I didn't have a probe on any of my ships, I scanned to make sure I wasn't being followed, and I wasn't attacking or all ahead.

Only went back in stealth after switching all my ships off silent running and back over to silent running after the cooldown, though i lost the match by that point because the Deldar could snipe me the whole time.
