Hi everyone,
Are there any independent BIV real estate agents over here?
Would love some insights about actual salary expectations when working as an independent agent for a real estate broker like let’s ERA, Engel&Volkers, etc. How much do you keep of the -3% a broker gets.
Also when you did your BIV stage, how much can you realistically negotiate your salary (possible to get full time income instead of the minimum 6-7€/h)
