Which benefits to transfer to a new company ?

Hi,
I'm currently employed but have received a better offer from another company (IT field).
Which benefits are reasonable to transfer ?
- Years of service (ancenitieit) ? Is there any company that takes this over or I start from 0 ?
- ADV days (?) Linked to Years of Service meaning I will lose 5 days of holiday per year unless I can transfer these
- Company Car compensation to my current employer ? Switching job means I break my current lease contract of the car and I have to pay the extra leasing cost for this to my company. This can amount to several thousand of Euro's.
If I have to calculate losing the years of service/ADV days and company car compensation.. The offer is suddenly not so interesting. Curious what usually is possible to negotiate in.
