So I've been pondering various ideas as I write for games I might run with BESM, and among them is, what if someone has an award?

Like an actor with an academy award, or a soldier with a purple heart or medal of honor?

At first I thought some level of Magnet or Hounded would be fitting, but that really only works for recipients who get people bugging them or whatever.

Then I thought about Connected, which on its own is also kind of weird. The enhancements say your organization has more power which I get reduces your effective level by 1 and 2 respectively.

It makes me wonder though: Does a character who has more personal sway by virtue of the award get a limiter, thus increasing their effective level of Connected?

EDIT: I did not see Famous (Beneficial) as a feature! This discussion has still been invaluable for me to determine that there is nuance worthy of expanding on the features to make a new Attribute.
