Help with bank account at ING

Hi everyone, I have opened a bank account at ING on 14/02 and went on holidays afterward. I came back on tuesday and found postage regarding the phonebank secret code, however, i still didn’t receive my debit card, is it normal? The secret code arrives before the debit card? I live in a shared house an i am afraid someone from the house stolen the debit card. I have no access to the app as i don’t have the card yet and the customer support online works only for people who have access to the app, any advice? Should i take an appointment at the bank? Sorry for the questions i am panicking
