Feedback on E4 Team

Looking for feedback on the team I'm planning to build for an Elite 4 run on my current BD playthrough, wanting to use Pokemon I haven't used as much Team would be: Empoleon, Houndoom, Honchkrow, Snorlax, Magnezone, Gardevoir Are there any glaring weaknesses or major issues I should look out for? Or any tips on movesets etc. Any feedback is appreciated!
