I had a sub and she says really often sry without a good reason to apologise. So I talk to her and said "today I will count every time you say sry ore you apologise without a good reason, and for every time you do that today I will punish you" at this day , she said 6 times sry , so at the end of the day she becomes 30 spanks with the wooden spoon on her ass and I give her the quest to write 30 times down "It is ok to be myself, I don't have to apologise without a good reason"
