Managing Sub Drop

I keep experiencing sub drop. I’ve never really experienced dom drop. I’ve been trying my hand at submission and i just keep experiencing sub drop.
The first domme I just couldn’t stop crying for 40 minutes and now my 2nd domme a lovely woman who truly does everything right i’ve experienced sub drop twice bc i’ll get really sensitive and my abdomen hurts quite a lot very suddenly.
I’ve experienced sub drop twice in the last 24 hours and it’s just been nervous breakdowns. I don’t know if this is normal.
