New to this and wondering what something means
Post Body

Hi there ā˜ŗļø I (21f) am new to exploring BDSM and I came across something I was wondering if I could get some clarity on. What is gentle BDSM? I wasnā€™t sure if thatā€™s as clear as it sounds, or if itā€™s truly a specific set of criteria. For reference, Iā€™m a femme-bottom, and I really like the idea of being dominated by a femme-top, but Iā€™m anxious when it comes to roughness. It sounds great in my fantasies, but when itā€™s ever come down to acting on it trying BDSM, sometimes I couldnā€™t let go of the nerves. Perhaps itā€™s because the women I was with I didnā€™t trust fully and thatā€™s all it is- but I know youā€™ll get what Iā€™m conveying. Is this nervousness something you outgrow as you gain BDSM knowledge/have a trusted domme? Or is it a normal piece of the fun? Thank you in advance ā˜ŗļø happy to have a knowledgeable community!

Gentle femdom! Thereā€™s lots of dynamics that fall into this! Itā€™s also what I prefer. Iā€™m heavily into mdlg which is mommy domme / little girl. And itā€™s a subset of BDSM thatā€™s softer, gentler, etc. I hope you find what youā€™re looking for!
