Try as I might, I can't really explain it. But bondage just does so many things for me. Between the power dynamic and the helplessness and the rope work and toys and whatnot, there's definitely more to it that arousal for me (which is certainly not lacking). In practice, I've only ever been the top, which is certainly a lot of fun with the right partner. Though under quarantine, I've messed around with some self-bondage, and found a liking to that end of things. Though I think a partner there would help (for more reasons than safety).
