I train with strict rules, firm discipline, harsh tone and physical, verbal and mental degradation. I don't engage in these things simply because they get me off. I think that is an incredibly surface level reason to engage in any 24/7 practice. Degradation rips open the rawest fibers of a submissive soul, priming it to be re-written by Authority. Subspace brought about and maintained by degradation is more powerful and a much more effective training environment. I also believe heavily in mental training. The sexual aspects of Service are important, of course, but a slut cannot truly live this lifestyle until she is properly mentally programmed.

Despite this harshness, I always take care of my submissive. Your needs, feelings, boundaries, thoughts and interests are important to me. I am not the type of Dom that forces my submissive into my ways of thinking. That is dangerous and borderline abusive.
