Like the title says - I’ve put on more weight than I’d have liked over the last few months and need someone to bully me into keeping up with my exercise routine.
I will supply daily update pictures and videos until you think I’ve reached my goal. I have exercise plans for 4-5 days a week. A mixture of weights and cardio, with room for anything you would like to add. I have access to a gym and running tracks and will predominantly work out in the morning, with optional lunchtime sessions if I have free time.
Open to exploring other aspects of control if we connect.
About me: Australia 29 yo, 6ft tall and obviously slightly heavier than A rugby build. Happy to discuss more if interested.
About you: ultimately I’d like you to be interested in working out yourself, but isn’t a deal breaker. I am eager to please so compliments along with abuse is welcomed.
