Ideally you're an intelligent, ambitious person who wants to understand and experience everything the world has to offer. At times you can be depressed, directionless, but there is a fire within you that yearns to be fueled.

I provide you with my endless well of knowledge, while you distract me from my ennui. Not that I spend my days bored, yearning for a distraction, I find every day much too short. It's precisely because I am so busy that I would benefit from a fresh arrangement. Some people tend to plants, they enjoy nurturing them and watching them grow, I tend to people.

The sexual component is not strictly necessary. My main goal is for you to respect me. Once you respect me, you begin to crave my praise and attention. Once you crave my praise and attention, you start becoming creative in how to obtain it. I like when I can see that the effort I put in is reciprocated. I'm no prey, but you can pursue me.

I respond well to people who display curiosity, ambition, intelligence. I'm not looking for an equal, I want someone who recognizes that they can benefit greatly from having access to my time and careful consideration.

Continue by giving a very general introduction of who you are. Useful information, such as your age, what time zone you're in, what languages you speak, what you study or do for work. Things that help me imagine what a typical week looks like for you, and how much we might be able to talk, at which times for me.

Then, tell me why you were browsing this subreddit, what you're hoping we can work towards. What the most exciting possible outcome of our meeting is.

You don't have to follow this to the letter, but it's much more helpful to me than getting five people who all say hello and give me an age, gender and location, leaving me with the feeling that there is no real difference between any of them, and nothing exciting for me to discover in any of them.
