Hello, I recently made a post and connected with a few people, but it fizzled out due to how bafflingly complicated life seems to be, which is incredibly fair.

I'm freshly 27 and still 100% believe that the world is beautiful and an incredible place to exist in. I'm largely spiritual; mostly pagan, but with a background of Christianity during my childhood.
I spend most of my free time, however awkwardly my work schedule allows, hiking around in the woods with my dog and stuffing my face into books. I've got a reading list longer than most wills and I'm never sure I'll stop finding topics to learn about; learning is a major motivator for me and I have listened to more tedtalks and podcasts about random things than I care to admit too. I've got a job/career I enjoy. I turned my passion into my job and sometimes I regret it, but it's one of those things that's hindsight. I get to do what I love everyday and what I love is both my nerd love/obbession and something I think actively helps the world be better.

Kink wise, I am a submissive. I've been in the world and community of kink since I was pretty young. I had a fantastic "upbringing" with a beloved mentor who still gives me shit to this day. I'm loud, opinionated, sarcastic, and affectionate to those who get to know me and my brand of submission. I like intelligent conversation and I'm prone to debating people about the 'whys' of the rules they give me. "I told you so" is a valid answer, but it's only an answer when you've got a foundation of trust and support built up behind it. I don't think I'm a brat, I enjoy rules and structure way too much to fight against them without just cause or reason. Instead, I think I'm an independent, intelligent, and emotional woman who simply enjoys being held by the will and authority of another person. I enjoy the intimacy that is created within those exchanges and am seeking something long term. I do have an interest in 24/7 dynamic, but it not something I'm willing to blindly leap into. It takes time to trust someone with those things. I have a deep love for impact play and bondage, as well as service work. But those are things for a deeper conversation.
