Hi! What I’m looking for is rather specific so please read the entire post & only respond if it is a good fit for you.
I’m looking for a stern accountability coach (?). I say this because I don’t want to be someone else’s accountability. I have a good chunk of weight to lose (150ish pounds) and I know it’s going to take 1.5-2 years at minimum. If you’re not in it for the long haul, at least a year, please don’t respond.
I’d want you to hold me accountable to sticking to a calorie target, getting my weekly lifting in, daily step goal, healthy grocery shopping, sleeping, etc. I’ve done this weight loss thing in a very unhealthy way before and this time I’m doing it the right way. Automatically means it’s slower but it means it will actually last in the long term. I currently have a coach but I won’t for the entire duration of my journey.
A MUST for me is regular texting and voice calls. Ideally video calls and possibly meeting up in person as things progress would be nice. I’m in EST time zone and you’d need to be able to communicate regularly during these hours (not non-stop, we both have jobs lol).
What’s the fun part? Let’s add kinky things to it. Use kink to reward, punish, challenge & push me. To do well here you’d need to be dominate because I’m mostly submissive. We can discuss kinks and how this looks, but I’m definitely open to this being dom/sub with healthy living/weight loss as the focus of the dynamic.
