I have a dad's bod which I am toning up, going to the gym 4 times a week to do this, I have a trainer too to help, I've lost 13kg and I've been going to the gym for about 10 months and quadroupled my weight lifting. My legs have exploded with muscle and my arms and body is looking more toned but I still have a belly that I'm working on getting rid of.

I am 172cm, I have short blonde brown hair with glasses. I have blue eyes that can be seen as green or grey depending on lighting which is interesting to me.
