Just lost someone very close to me, feeling very sad and frustrated and would appreciate if someone could relieve some of that frustration and anger through letting themselves suffer for my sake. Could be anything from physical pain, to humiliation or social self sabotage.
Primarily something short term. I wouldn't oppose staying in touch or having sustained support but due to the circumstances I'll be busy a lot the coming week.
