I have been doing self inflicted denial since December of 2023. I have not cum this year. It has been extremely difficult but also one of the best choices I’ve ever made! I love not cumming. I’m looking for someone to make me a very detailed and thorough edging schedule and hold me accountable to it. Right now I’m edging 2-6 times a day. It’s been so rewarding.
