So my while life i have had an irrational fear of the gym. I have had some good fitness overall in the past but the recent months have been rough on me as i recover from some disease. I am mostly fine now, but the doctor ordered me to go to the gym… I weigh 170 now and am 6 feet but have very little in terms if stamina or strength.
I am at a loss. I don’t know anything about lifting and get so nervous around the men and gym bunnies. I don’t really know how to structure goals either…
That is where you come in ! I would live a really commanding gal to help me make some goals and commit to my own health and well-being. There are many tools at tour disposal to help me reach goals. For instance… my porn consumption, orgasms and amount of time on reddit i spend ðŸ¤.
