I've had this idea for a little while, and although it's admittedly a bit of a long shot, I figured why see if it appeals to anybody.

I'm looking to create a small BDSM group dynamic that will add a little spice and creativity to some of the kinks we see around here. By small group, I do mean small, at least initially. I'm looking for no more than 2 or 3 submissive or switchy females. Depending on the interests of the people involved, I could imagine scenarios playing out in a variety of fun and interesting ways.

In a group with two subs, there could be tasks where the subs have to compete against each other for rewards or punishments. Or maybe there could be scenarios where a sub's misbehavior results in her the other sub being punished to encourage keeping each other accountable. I think there are a lot of fun ways it could play out.

If there is one sub and one switch, we could have a dominant/middle/sub dynamic where the middle takes orders from me, and the lowly sub is everyone's bitch. Maybe there are times where I give orders to the middle as far as how she controls the sub. Or maybe we both gang up on the sub once in awhile.

A little more about me...I'm 38m, dominant, 5'10, average build, short brown hair, brown eyes, single. I have a decent amount of BDSM experience, both online and in-person. You can be any age and body type cis-female, and any experience level, and comfortable interacting with other females in this dynamic.

Some of my kinks include orgasm control (edging/denial/forced orgasms), desperation and begging, humiliation, light degradation and objectification, games of chance, challenges and competitions, rules, some bondage or uncomfortable positions, funishments and punishments, among others. It's not essential that you share all or even most of these. I think the kinks incorporated in a group dynamic like this would ultimately be very fluid and evolve to match the roles we establish within the group. I see this starting out as more casual play, with the potential to evolve.
