You are looking for a Dom to help you become the best version of yourself, specifically to help you get to your goal weight in the next few months. You may not be horribly overweight, but you definitely have weight to lose.
You need someone who is patient and intelligent. You want to be told what and how often to eat. You want to be told that you must exercise every day and you want to be punished if you don't listen. You want to have weight check-ins so I can see the scale and make sure you are losing weight. You want to be rewarded when you do well. You don't want to be constantly shamed about my weight. You don't want to just feel horrible all the time. However, you are into mild humiliation, degradation, and name-calling. I am not looking to call you names all the time. I don't want that - is it healthy? No.
You want someone kind but firm, strong and confident and demanding but fair.
