In my career, I’ve been a teacher, a writer, an executive, and much more. I am drawn to roles where I can guide people, where I can answer their questions and show them new perspectives. Perhaps that is something you need in your life.

Wherever I go, I find myself taking the lead. Controlling situations is just in my nature. I often can’t help it. People say that I can be very intimidating to talk to. I get that a lot. It has informed my disposition in a lot of ways. I am patient and kind, but not tolerant of bullshit. I am very understanding, but not interested in excuses or deflections. I am direct, but in a charming and disarming way. People say I’m handsome – but you’ll have to be the judge of that. I’m used to people telling me what they think I want to hear.

I like to collaborate with people, to give them space to express themselves, while also shaping them into the kind of people I want them to be. I will want to see your strengths and weaknesses honestly. I will see through attempts to conceal them. I will listen to your secrets and desires without judgement. I’ve been told that it feels so freeing to have a powerful man you can confess anything to.

You’ll have to show me who you are and what motivates you. I don’t have set criteria. I find a good attitude to be the most important thing – a willingness to work hard and be open to new things. A keen interest in service, humility, and adventure. A love of conversation, a love of learning. An instinct for taking direction from someone you respect.

I’m interested in keeping this online only, though I’m open to that changing down the road. I am respectful of privacy needs and limits – and I would hope that you feel the same. I tend to reciprocate the energy and enthusiasm I receive.
