Hi! I'm a 34 year-old, bi/gray-ace male, looking to connect with dominant or switchy types interested in humiliation, ABDL / CG/l play, and behavioral training and control.
Although I have a discreet, stable public life, I also wear and use adult diapers 24/7 and generally would say I struggle with "grown-up" responsibilities. I have a hard time sticking to good habits when it comes to exercise, keeping my apartment clean, or planning meals. I'm also, candidly, probably some unspecified brand of neurodivergent, so I often have a lot of trouble socializing and connecting with new people.
Ideally, I want to find someone interested in either helping that with a dynamic including behavioral training/micromanagement...or, alternatively, rubbing my nose in it and embarrassing me for being so helpless and dependent. Or both! Essentially, treat me less like your Little and more like your awkward, stunted older brother who still needs help and supervision for the most basic things.
Just looking for an online dynamic, at least to start with, but physically I'm very tall, blond, and a little out-of-shape. Personality-wise, I'm bookish, gentle, and very easily motivated by praise or teasing. I'm open to both gentler and harsher dynamics, but straight, uncreative insults/abuse loses my interest quick.
