I'm going to start this post with a small rant, but the right personalities will consider it a pep talk, and possibly a challenge?

I'm an experienced Dom, especially online. I have entered into dynamics with girls who are brand new to the space that have wanted/needed to be taught and molded into a proper sub, as well as more experienced submissives that knew exactly what they wanted. I don't have a preference for one over the other, and I've had great experiences with both, as well as really shitty ones. Anyone who has ever tried meeting people online before know how this sort of things go. Simply put, I know my worth as a Dom and my expectations for my partners are commensurate with that, after setting clear boundaries. I consider myself strict, but fair. All I ask of my partners is a motivation to please and a desire to be the very best version of her submissive self she can be.

Unfortunately, and not to badmouth any previous partners, lately I've felt a serious lack of effort and I deeply, deeply crave a partner that is ready to bust her ass for my praise. Someone whose attention to detail meshes with mine. A girl who sees a bulleted list and is motivated to cross every single one off without half-assing any of them. A girl who will readily accept her punishment and be put in her place when she knows she's fucked up or fallen short, and who knows I'm only doing it because I know she has the ability to reach her potential. A partner that can communicate her desires and doesn't wait for me to mind-read them. A woman that wants to be better. Knows she can be better. Wants to overachieve and surprise. Someone who will feel as fucking proud of herself for doing well as I am.

I have a wide array of kinks, some of which include degradation, denial, humiliation, praise/punishment, forced and/or public nudity, overstimulation, TPE/CNC/free use arrangements, blackmail/coercion/manipulation, the list goes on. These are all negotiable and I'm happy to cross the majority of them off.

Limits include the usual. Blood, scat, extreme age regression, animals, anything illegal and getting caught or exposed in a way that would lead to serious repercussions, etc.
