Looking for a younger woman, preferable in The Netherlands/Europe, into older dad types.

Discipline is important, I give her rules and check if she follows them. By knowing what she can and must do, I give her stability. On the other hand, I don't like giving punishment, she has disappointed me, but if she deserves it then she will get it, sans scrupule.
