I've been exploring BDSM, but I am still figuring out what all of that means. I know I like dominant men - strong leader types who command rooms. Confidence, power and sexual dominance. They don't HAVE to be older but they usually are, ime. I've been attracted to a lot of my bosses and professors but it's not just 'older guys'... that extra 'x factor' that has to be there. I suspect that is where the authority / power / dominance aspect comes into play.

A lot that seems tied into masculinity in some intrinsic way I can't full explain. Lots of guys my age are adults chronologically but have almost no confidence in who they are as men. They never grew up, it seems. And it's true for many women as well. As someone trying to date, it bothers me but I'm still exploring, which is why I am posting.

I don't know if bondage is my thing but I might explore it with the right person. I definitely have an oral fixation and even prefer it much of the time but that's pretty vanilla, lol. Right now I think I am more turned on by interpersonal connection but there is no doubt I have a specific type and want to at least find someone with that quality. So I would probably explore most things, but the non-kink component has to be there for sure. When it is, I think the physical side comes naturally to me and I serve.

Anyway, not sure what else to say here. I think I'm mostly looking to explore this with someone without necessarily feeling pressured into more. I'd prefer to connect and see where it goes.
