let me give a brief rundown for the exam we can edit some part if u want
first I will ask you some question about your health and sexual heath then I will ask you to strip completly and we will start by some mesurments and I will examine your mouth and nose after that you will lay on your back and I will check your breast and then examine your heart in a few positions and we will get to the genetal exam and then the rectal exam first you get on all four and I will check your rectum and Insurt some instruments and the you will lay on your back again and bring your knees to your chest and I will examine your rectal that way
