It’s not easy finding that special someone, who just gets you and all your kinky BDSM quirkiness.
Too many catfish, ghosters and quickie ‘wham bam cya’ people trawling around the place.
It makes it difficult to find and build that connection, those long irrelevant chats about the terrible clothing choices of super hero’s in movies, the rant about how crap your day has been, or how the ending of a book upset you because it didn’t go as expected.
Hiding that shyness about something that really pushes your kink button, because you worry you will be judged.
Feeling like the only dolphin in a sea of sharks.
It takes time, but I really hope you find what you need. Take a breath, do something you love and take your time.
Years of being a Dom and Rigger, researching the psychology behind kink and BDSM as well as human behaviour, has taught me one thing… There is no need to rush, and there is someone out there with the exact same kink as you.
It’s ok to be different, it’s ok to not match 100% with someone, it’s ok to disagree. It’s ok to be YOU.
If you have never had a conversation with someone about you just being kinky you, with no expectations, demands or strings. Perhaps we should chat. All it requires is respect, intelligence and a willingness to talk.
