Looking for a couple to work with me.

I am transforming a 43 acre farm into a safe zone/estate for nature and her animals. It becomes a beautiful estate to live on rather than a farm.

I stopped all row crops in 2014 and began a program of planting wildflowers and trees where the crops used to grow. That process will take roughly another 2 or 3 years to complete.

We also have a number of rock and flower gardens that need tending as well as lawns to mow, roughly 10 acres, and our driveway is a quarter of a mile long and needs occasional grading or snow plowing. Obviously, I have all needed equipment.

This estate features a privately owned lake. It is 6 acres in size, 22 feet deep, and spring fed. It is well stocked with fish. There are crappies, large and small mouth bass, bluegills, and sunfish in the water.

There is roughly 5 acres of existing woods adjoining the neighboring 200 acres. Anyone can go for long walks in them.

We have 2 large commercial buildings.

In one, we are gearing up to grow gourmet mushrooms. The rooms are built, 90% of the equipment is in place and we will launch within the next month or possibly 2.

The second commercial building is partitioned in half. The first half is for storing motorcycles and boats over winter. The second half is being built out as a machine shop/fabrication shop. I put in a 350 amp electric service with 3 phase power. The first mill is on the floor along with a good welder and plasma cutter. That space is also well stocked with tooling. Other equipment will be added as we go.

Lastly, I was in the process of building out a farm bunk house for my couple in 2020 when Covid hit. So far, it is the four walls, the roof, some insulation, and some lights. It needs to be finished out. When finished, it will become the home of my couple. For now, my couple would be housed in an apartment in town.

Who do I seek?

I seek a cuck couple, married or not.

You should be between roughly 20 and 45. Both should be fit enough for farm work and labor. You should want to share my vision of building a safe space for nature and her animals. You should want to live and work on the land in the country. You should want a Dom or bull in your lives.

You can tend your own garden, raise a couple of goats or pigs or calves and if you wish and you could keep some chickens. You could even can your own food for winter. I have all needed equipment for tilling/cultivating, irrigation, and lock ups for small animals and for chickens.

No addictions to alcohol or drugs. Cigarettes and marijuana are fine. I do grow an outside crop of marijuana each year and you could as well and I can teach you how. Occasional alcohol use is also fine, just not alcoholic.

I bought this place and I paid it off and I am creating my vision by changing it to fit my vision. You would follow suit.

Renting such a place to live, would normally cost you around 3,500 to 4,500 per month or more and you would still have work to do.

Understand, this will be lifestyle living with a Dom owner.
