I'm 33, and prefer to host if/when it comes to that (not required for online). I have a stable job, keep clean/prefer longer term arrangements, and would prefer if you're both compatible in that regard. I enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people, but much my time is career focused. Discretion and safety are highest on my list including important things, so I won't be risking your reputations, landing you in a hospital, or putting anyones career at risk.
