Hey peeps, so I have a question for you guys that have been in the scene for some time. I have some mental health problems that I see a therapist for, nothing severe, at this point it’s really just maintenance/talk therapy very infrequently, but I was wondering if you guys have every brought up BDSM in therapy or discussed the structure of your relationships if you’re 24/7 or lifestyle. I’ve heard and read some mixed reactions from the community on this and was just curious what everyone’s experiences were. It hasn’t come up with my therapist in anyway and to bring it up now I feel would be unnatural. How did your therapist react and did they offer suggestions or that you stop practicing?
