NEW! Introducing our first two N4N COLUMNISTS!
Post Body

This subreddit has long featured excellent, thoughtful writing on nuanced topics within BDSM. We have been fortunate over the years to have many members sharing their perspectives and experiences in essay-style posts.

Now, we're happy to let you know that we've begun lining up some valued members to publish regularly occurring featured columns.

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to our first two contributors, u/TheBlanketFortPirate and u/Mira_Maven. Each plans to post on regular basis, and we'll see how it goes, because N4N Values the volunteer participation which makes Reddit happen.

u/TheBlanketFortPirate ("Pirate" or "BFP," she/her) is a disabled, Jewish submissive, a little (sometimes), a brat, and a mild sado/masochist with a wide variety of kinks. She has been with her partner for 10 years in a 24/7 monogamous relationship. With a background in developmental psych and child psychology, BFP has worked in education among many other things. She works as a kink-aware life coach, and has also published a book of erotic short stories.

BFP plans to write her column on kink and wellness, and we feel fortunate to have her onboard.

You can find BFP's not4newbies AMA here.

u/Mira_Maven ("Mira," she/her) is a lesbian, transgender, submissive, brat, hedonist, and masochist, for starters! She has extensive experience in adult video modeling with a specialization in heavy BDSM and fetish content. Mira is also very involved in most other aspects of adult kink content production. In 2021, Mira started working as a pro-Sub and pro-Switch in Philadelphia and has built a varied career around kink. Mira loves sharing knowledge, learning, and teaching, as well as meeting new people. She presents at kink conferences nationally, on topics such as "active bottoming." Here at N4N, Mira has written with deep knowledge of chemical play, blood play, and edge play, in general.

We look forward to Mira's regularly occurring columns on kink history, communication, self awareness and negotiation tools and techniques from a sub/bottom perspective!

Mira's not4newbies AMA is here.
