At 10:20, Kim began the walk through the halls. Her nerves made her stomach clench. She began to think about her morning and how she ended up here… tardy by more than 30 minutes… and walking towards the red room.

Kim had realized that the 8:30 train was a bad idea quite some time ago. The 8:30 train was busy. It was packed with business men on the way to their offices. All boring older men under too much stress and looking for release. Kim was attractive. She was lean with large breasts, a perfect round ass, long blonde hair, and a pretty face. It was impossible for her to blend in. Even more so on that 8:30 train. Far too many times she had ended up with a line of men waiting to use her. She did her best to be quick, sometimes sucking one while another one fucked her from behind. But too often she wasn’t able to satisfy them all before her stop. The laws are clear - women are prohibited from refusing to service any man who demands servicing. So she had to remain on the train until they’d all been satisfied. This often resulted in her missing her stop. Which of course made her late for work and subjected her to discipline there. So she switched to the 7:30 train. It was far less busy and she was always able to service any men that wanted to use her before arriving at her stop. But today she missed her alarm and ended up on the 8:30 train and the rest is history.

Kim looked up from her thoughts to realize she’d arrived. The heavy wooden doors were shut. A large red sign hung above them with heavy letters spelling out “The Red Room”. Expectations regarding the red room and discipline proceedings were made very clear to all women working here. They received training once each quarter regarding all rules and discipline processes. Thanks to those trainings, Kim knew exactly what to do.

Women are not allowed to be clothed within the red room. Kim unbuttons her blouse and unfastens her bra. Her breasts spring free and her nipples harden in the cool office air. Next she slides her skirt down and steps out of it. Her lace panties follow. She folds them neatly and places them in a cubby near the door. The chill air combine with her nerves and goosebumps rise up all over her skin. She takes a deep breath to calm herself and knocks three times on the heavy wooden doors.

After a few nerve wrecking moments, the door swings open. Kim enters and approaches the desk. She kneels before it as is expected in the red room. She bows her head and waits silently. After 5 minutes or so, she hears Dane’s voice rumble through the room. “Kimberly; you are facing discipline today for arriving over 30 minutes late. Tardiness is inexcusable and you must be punished. This discipline will serve two purposes. First, it will serve as a reminder to you to be on time in the future. Second, it will set an example for all other women… to show them that expectations are to be met… and that consequences are severe when they are not met. Do you admit to being over 30 minutes late today?”

Kim’s nerves are overwhelming. Dane is the Director of Discipline. He is serious and harsh, but he is also fair. She squeaks out “yes, sir.”

“Very well” Dane replies. “Your punishment will be as follows: - You will not be permitted to wear clothing for the reminder of the day. You can return here at the end of the day to collect your clothes. - At 11:00, you will serve one hour in the break room. - At 12:00, you will receive your public punishment during lunch. - At 1:00, you will serve another hour in the break room. - You will be permitted to work from 2:00 to 4:00, but you will do so in the nude. I’m not sure how much work the guys will let you get done. Don’t forget, you are expected to complete a full days worth of work today despite your discipline. You brought that upon yourself. You will not leave for the day until your work is complete. - At 4:00, you will receive an additional public punishment before the rest of the staff leaves for the day.

The details of each public punishment will be explained at the beginning of each session. As for serving in the break room: You will be bound in the stocks at the beginning of the hour. All male staff will have access to your body and all female staff will be able to watch. Break room service is almost always rougher than typical service, as it’s intended to serve as discipline. Make sure to lube your ass before you arrive. As always, permanent harm is prohibited. But I would expect a difficult and painful hour both times. A lot of the men are stressed with the board meeting next week. They’ll enjoy their breaks today; using them to take their stress out on you. You are dismissed, Kim. Be in the break room by 11:00.”
