Hey all, I’ve had some interest recently in renting my dungeon out to a couple pro Dommes. I’ve never considered this in the past but I could actually use the extra income so am debating. I use the dungeon 3-4x a week so there is a lot of availability.

Playroom details:

~500 sq ft heavily insulated room within a larger studio space I rent in an active warehouse building. w/ st Andrew’s, spanking bench, multiple stocks, conventional swing and doggy style, ~50 impact toys, rope and e-stim gear, cuffs/etc, king size bed, mini fridge, heat & ac, bluetooth speaker, shibari stage w mechanical hoist (in my main studio not in the playroom for experienced riggers only), professional lighting equipment for photography would be included. Domme would provide their own toys.

I’m located in the north east United States outside Boston (mentioning this to give a sense of the economy).

What would be an appropriate amount one would pay for usage?

I have no experience with renting dungeon space so any input would be appreciated!
