First off, the basics, you can call me D, I am 34, 6ft 3, well built, nerdy, into tech (I run my own home lab server), love music and movies, exploring and relaxing.

Now to the main bit, throughout my professional journey, I have assumed various roles, including manager, trainer, and personal protection agent, among others, currently a Systems Administrator. I possess a natural affinity for positions that allow me to expand my knowledge, to mentor others, address their inquiries, and encourage them to adopt alternative viewpoints.

Leadership appears to be an inherent quality of mine, as I frequently find myself in positions of authority during various circumstances. I have been informed that my demeanour can be perceived as intimidating, and I understand the reasoning behind this perception. My communication is characterized by a direct and candid approach, devoid of ambiguity. Although I exhibit patience and kindness, I have a low tolerance for frivolity. I am empathetic yet disinterested in justifications or evasions. My style of communication is both forthright and approachable, with some describing it as charming. While I often receive comments regarding my appearance, I leave it to others to form their own opinions. I am accustomed to hearing what I believe others think I wish to hear; however, my true desire is for authenticity.

I take pleasure in collaborating with others, providing them with the opportunity to articulate their thoughts while also supporting their development into their most authentic selves. I hold honesty in high regard and possess the ability to discern any efforts to conceal your genuine strengths or weaknesses.
